Pool Failure: If the pool fails more than once during a term, members will be reimbursed for the second and subsequent loss of lesson.

Safety and Courtesy Guidelines

• All children under 10 years must be accompanied by an adult
• No eating and drinking on pool premises
• Don’t arrive more than 15 min before your lesson, or stay more than 15 min afterwards.
• Make yourself aware of any warning and safety notices at the pool.
