All girls in the Senior School come under the care of their Form Tutor and their Head of Year, both of whom monitor both their academic and pastoral progress and well-being. They track the individual's academic progress as well as ensuring that all girls are given the support, encouragement and guidance they need to successfully cope with the demands of adolescence while studying for GCSE and A Levels. As they move up through the School girls take on leadership roles within the school community. They become responsible for running, rather than simply participating in, house events and academic clubs, and they play an important role in coaching sports teams as well.
We have our own full-time school Medical Manager as well as a school GP and our pastoral support includes a qualified independent counsellor.
