The Upper School at Sutton High is a dynamic and stimulating place in which to study. It provides opportunities for girls in Years 10 – 13 to excel academically and to gain valuable skills essential for Higher Education and future careers. Upper School girls study a broad and balanced curriculum. In Years 10 and 11 Girls study 10 GCSE/IGCSE subjects and have the option to study Separate Sciences and a second Modern Foreign Language. In the Sixth Form girls select four or five subjects to study at AS level in Year 12. Girls choose from 25 subjects which includes Further Maths and Latin and 6 subjects not offered for GCSE; Economics, Government and Politics, Sociology, Music Technology and Human Biology. When choosing both their GCSE and A level subject combinations girls are given individual guidance and support.
