- 30 hours per week all year round
- Apprenticeship minimum hourly rate subject to age: 18-20 = £6.56 per hour, 21-24 = £8.36 per hour, 25+ = £8.91 per hour

- 30 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays

Key Tasks
- Processing invoices and expenses and dealing with queries
- Sort and log daily post for the Finance Department
- Petty cash reconciliations
- Assist with spread sheets for school activities and services
- Update of the school inventory
- Maintain departmental files
- Reception and Reprographics cover including first aid
Support and Administration
- Work as part of the support team in order to fulfil the team’s objective to provide seamless, courteous, and efficient support to staff, pupils, parents and visitors: This will involve administrative/general office cover (including but not limited to simple data entry, word processing, photocopying, filing), as required
Training and Development
- Attend INSET training courses or other training to update and extend skills as required by the school
- Regularly review own practices, set personal targets and take responsibility for own self-development
