Sutton High School is looking to appoint a dynamic and driven Director of Marketing and Communications to lead the admissions, development and marketing team of our growing independent girls’ school.
The post represents an opportunity for an exceptional candidate to develop the marketing strategy as well as deliver on the current marketing objectives. You will play a pivotal role on the school’s Core Leadership Team, as well as leading the day to day running of the department and developing a clear vision for positioning the school as a market leader in a competitive field.
With a busy and varied workload, this role will enable you to become involved in the strategic direction of the school and plan the marketing of the school’s different phases (Prep, Senior and sixth Form) to achieve measurable results. You will lead the school’s marketing and admissions functions, ensuring you promote a personalised recruitment and admissions journey as well as successful communications with varied stakeholders.

It is an academically selective school for girls aged 3-18, with just under 600 pupils on the roll across the Prep and Senior Schools.
