Sutton High School are seeking experienced drivers to provide a driving and chauffeuring service to the School.
They will provide a safe and timely bus service for pupils travelling to and from school, as well as for school trips and events. They will also be required to undertake daily routine vehicle checking and maintenance and vehicle cleaning.
We have six shifts available, each of 10 hours per week (2 hours per day) term time only. Two are morning shifts to get pupils to school by 8.15am, with four afternoon shifts departing school at various times. We are happy to offer an am and pm shift together. There is occasionally the opportunity for further hours for school trips and sports fixtures.
The ideal candidate must have a clean driving licence or no more than 3 points on their licence and no convictions for driving whilst uninsured.
Candidates will also need a clean driving licence with a D1 Category or a PCV Minibus Licence. There are two shifts that do not require a D1 licence as it for driving a 9 seater people carrier.
