We are seeking a customer-focused, adaptable Receptionist with strong interpersonal skills to provide an efficient reception service for the Senior School. This varied role requires delivery of effective, frontline reception support to the school along with reprographic and transport administration. You will be liaising with parents, pupils, staff and visitors and will need to be welcoming, well presented and engaging.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and organisation skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience of reception duties, excellent communication, good ICT (Outlook and Word) skills and organisational skills are essential. Experience gained within a School environment would be advantageous.
