On Wednesday 10 December the Sixth Form went on their most anticipated trip of the year! Leaving school at break time, we travelled to Battersea Power Station, where we got a bite of lunch before an hour’s skating in the beautiful December sunshine. It has been a busy term for our Sixth Form: settling into Sixth Form life for Year 12, the big step up to the second year of A Levels for Year 13 Year; key assessments for both year groups; and all the other things that come along with being at the top of the school, like running Our World and leading multiple House events. It was a wonderful afternoon and the pictures below go some way to convey the joy that was had by all, even those who are less confident on the ice! At the end of our skating session most of the students headed off in small groups for a bit of Christmas shopping and a well-earned dinner with friends!
