Orchestra Unleashed – Discover Music at Sutton High
We are delighted to share an exciting musical opportunity for the Year 5 girls who have a passion for music. Sutton High Senior School is hosting a Music Taster Day on Saturday 20 June, designed to inspire young musicians and give them a taste of music-making at senior school level.
During this lively and immersive morning, the girls will:
-> Sing together as part of a vibrant choir
-> Play in an orchestra together
-> Experience the infectious rhythms of a Samba Band!
The day will be led by our experienced Music Department staff, supported by talented Senior School musicians. This unique collaboration allows participants to make music alongside girls of their own age from other local Junior Schools, as well as older students, helping to build confidence, skills, and a real sense of musical community. It also offers a valuable insight into the rich musical life at Sutton High Senior School.
