Year 7 delivered a spell binding rendition of Cinderella on Thursday 13th November after only 6 weeks of rehearsal. The students dedicated many sessions over their lunch times and after school to make sure they put on a performance they were proud of. The enthusiasm and joy from this young bunch proves that they are a force to be reckoned with in the coming years and we are extremely excited to see what performances we can achieve in the future.
The tech team also worked tirelessly with Miss Nielsen, painting pumpkins, creating magnified cookie crumbs and ensuring the lights were lit perfectly for the performances. A massive thank you goes out to all who were involved.
We also had magnificent support from some of our year 12 students Isabella M, Jasmine M and Gracie B who helped lead rehearsals alongside Miss Jackson-Voyzey.
It was a wonderful way to get to know a large chunk of our new year 7 students and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for our budding young performers.
