Year 6 recently took part in the Grow £5 challenge, where they showed outstanding teamwork, creativity, and determination to raise money for their chosen charity: Parkinson’s UK. Working mostly on their own, the girls planned, bought products, set up stalls, and sold their items at the Summer Fair and to the rest of Key Stage 2. Their efforts truly reflected the spirit of being fiercely independent, as they managed every step of the process with confidence and enthusiasm. Thanks to their hard work, they raised a significant total profit of £1124.42, all of which will be donated to Parkinson’s UK, a charity that holds a special place in our school community. We are incredibly proud of their achievement and thrilled that their dedication will support such a meaningful cause.
