Seneca Learning – We’ll using Seneca in lessons, but you can explore it by yourself, too
BBC Bitesize KS3 – Simple explanations and videos of some of the things you’ll study, as well as quizzes and interactive games
Finally, a great You Tube channel with lots of science videos is Crash Course Kids
What super curricular activities can KS3 students engage with at school?
STEM club – happens twice a week and runs all year. It’s a hands-on, activity-based club that covers all the STEM topics. In the ‘Year 7 Big Science’ team there will be a channel of ‘Stretch & Challenge’ activities, ranging from puzzles and poetry writing (!), to posing questions that require a bit of research
