As part of Children’s Mental Health Week 2024 we are excited to be partnering with luna to launch the luna wellbeing challenge. Luna (@wearelunaapp) is a health app specifically designed for teens that offers a safe platform for asking anonymous questions to doctors, learning about topics tailored to pupil’s needs, and tracking mood, skin, cycles and more. The Luna Wellbeing Challenge is designed to empower pupils to start protecting their own mental health and boost wellbeing. Pupils can download the luna app and enrol in the challenge and have the opportunity to complete a set of activities designed to help establish healthy habits and positive attitudes around sleep, body image, physical activity, and mental health — habits that we hope will help for years to come.
